This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DevOps Analyst SR based in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives within a global, innovation-driven environment. You will act as a technical expert supporting the design, implementation, and evolution of cloud-based solutions aligned with business and architecture standards. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions. You will contribute to the development of cloud infrastructure, automation practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, security, and DevOps methodologies. The environment is highly collaborative, requiring strong ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. This is a strategic role with direct impact on the company’s digital and cloud evolution journey.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and synthesize business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable cloud architecture solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and digital solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams in the development and optimization of cloud-based applications and services.
  • Contribute to the design, automation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including IAM, networking, and application design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support long-term solution architecture and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Document technical solutions and ensure alignment with corporate governance and architectural guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, DevOps trends, and cloud innovations.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
    • Fluent/advanced English communication skills.
    • Solid experience as a Senior DevOps Analyst, preferably in Microsoft Azure environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures.
    • Experience with infrastructure security, IAM, networking, and cloud architecture best practices.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
    • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, Chef, or similar).
    • Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Experience with scripting (preferably PowerShell) and software development languages such as .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and remote collaboration across distributed teams.
    • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) is a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Active Directory, Power BI, Power Automate, Intune, Office 365) is a differential.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
