About the position  

Keyfactor is looking for a highly qualified and motivated DevOps Architect to join our growing team at our headquarters in Solna, Sweden. We are looking for someone who can work with our existing and upcoming containerized product solutions using containers and Kubernetes for both internal and external use. In addition, as part of our ambition to continually improve and innovate you will work to improve our existing development infrastructure, contribute with new ideas and be able to add new features and redesign. 

Additionally, we want to recruit someone who can assist with our Development, Q&A, Professional Services and Support teams with creating and maintaining our automated platform creation for testing, building and deploying. 

The position is based in our Stockholm office and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold a valid right to Work in Sweden 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Maintaining and migrating automation from Jenkins pipelines to Jenkins-X for Maven, OCI and Helm artifacts 
  • Running and maintaining environments and dev infrastructure in Kubernetes using GitOps 
  • Automate provisioning of infrastructure using Ansible when a cloud native alternative is not available 
  • Design and implement new functionality in our platforms
  • Work in an agile fashion to ensure proper implementation and architecture
  • Work together with the Product Owners, Architects and our Q&A, IT and Development teams
  • Setup environments and configurations for specific testing or support of Keyfactor’s products and continue optimizing the creation of the staging environment 

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

 

To be successful in this role, you most likely have: 

  • 5+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer/Architect for a software product development 
  • Implemented a full CI/CD stack 
  • Created and deployed containers with Kubernetes (or OpenShift)
  • Experience in containerizing software, which were not designed to be a microservice (or containerized) initially
  • Excellent knowledge of:
  • OCI Containers (Docker)
  • Kubernetes (or Openshift)
  • Jenkins (or similar)
  • Ansible (or similar)
  • GIT (preferable Gitlab)
  • Artifactory
  • Working with Virtual Machines
  • Linux command line
  • Java software development and architecture
  • Databases/SQL, CAP theorem
  • Software development in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and system development life cycle
  • Knowledge of Jenkins-X and GitOps is advantageous
  • Knowledge in developing resilient secure software, supply chain assessments and designing a system for zero trust is merited but not mandatory
  • It will be advantageous if you have an understanding and general knowledge of IT security, PKI, open source software
  • Experience working in an Agile SCRUM framework
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Jira (meriting, but not required)
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
