The Role We’re looking for an experiencedDigital Advertising Strategistto lead and optimize our Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI. This role requires5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experiencein e-commerce/DTC, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably. Responsibilities • Manage all Google Ads campaigns—Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. • Write high-converting ad copy; collaborate with creatives on visuals. • Monitor performance daily, optimize for ROAS, and report on KPIs weekly/monthly. • Develop and execute strategies for launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns. • Stay up to date on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and trends. Requirements • 5+ years of Google Ads campaign management, ideally in DTC e-commerce. • Google Ads certified; expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup. • Strong copywriting and data analysis skills. • Local to Phoenix metro; able to work in-office in Old Town Scottsdale Mon–Fri. Bonus Points For • Experience with Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ads. • Shopify and CRO knowledge.
