Overview: 

We partner with our clients and help them navigate the journey into the future of biopharma.  In this role you will own and personally deliver performance reporting and insights, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. Ambit is founded on a data-driven culture, and delivering key insights from data is the core of our digital strategy. Your work will play a critical role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a command of each client's data sources. 
  • Analyze and report on performance of digital advertising and content marketing programs. 
  • Assist with the creation of measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives, and media strategies. 
  • Determine, track, and revise KPIs and engagement metrics for digital campaigns, including channels such as Display, Email, Search, and Social 
  • Develop, maintain, and augment dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using Looker Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel 
  • Act as a primary liaison for client ad-hoc data and research requests. 
  • Be the subject matter expert on the relevant best practices within data-driven strategies. 
  • Lead in maintaining standardization and consolidation of tools, as well as cross-training and collaboration with other team members. 
  • Own the final review and content of all client deliverables.
  • Interpret analytical findings into actionable recommendations for campaign design, aligned with the client’s business goals and objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to produce integrated strategic recommendations.
  • Liaison with claims analytics to develop and deliver NPI-level analysis for clients.

Desired skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology, or other relevant degree 
  • 4+ years’ experience performing direct quantitative analysis. 
  • Demonstrated experience navigating, extracting, transforming, and loading data from relational database management systems. 
  • Healthcare, pharma, insurance, public health, or other related experience preferred.
  • Strong Web Analytics domain experience, ideally in biopharma or healthcare 
  • Experience in visualization tools including Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Expert in data and analytics platforms including Google Analytics 3/4, Google Ads, DCM/CM360, Adobe Analytics, or Matomo Analytics 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing data ingestion, including social networks, eCRM, paid and organic search, digital advertising, and attribution models 
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Excel
  • Experience with Big Query or Data Lakes platforms a plus
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification Certification or similar  
  • Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills.
  • Technical skills to ask the right questions and find the right answers and willingness to learn new skills and platforms. 

Salary range - $90,000 – 125,000
