About the position:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, strong integrated marketing background including ABM and a passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and allocating large budgets, experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you can expect to do:

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) ABM, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, display advertising, remarketing and content marketing, to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Utilize marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms to segment audiences, automate workflows, and track campaign success.
  • Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out practices and GDPR.
  • Utilize A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize user funnels and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events and webinars.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong campaign or integrated marketing background.
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR opt-in/opt-out practices.
  • Proven experience allocating and managing large budgets.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and optimizing user funnels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions
