We help dealerships nationwide boost sales and customer engagement through innovative, results-driven marketing campaigns. Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will manage paid advertising accounts across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, and YouTube), Facebook/Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. They will also perform ongoing SEO optimization for existing clients to ensure strong performance and search visibility. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including PPC, PMAX, and carousel placements • Oversee Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, including creative rotation, targeting, and reporting • Maintain SEO performance for client websites (keyword optimization, meta data, etc.) • Monitor campaign analytics and prepare regular performance reports • Collaborate with our creative and account teams to align campaign strategies with client goals • Stay updated with the latest automotive marketing and digital advertising trends Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is required. • Automotive marketing experience required. • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword management • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and lead optimization • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts with ad spends of $20,000+ per month.
