Acuity Marketing is a small, specialized agency serving hearing clinics across the United States. Our tight-knit team of four is focused on delivering real results for our clients—and we’re known for being fanatical about measuring return on ad spend (ROAS). While many of our clients still benefit from traditional marketing, we’re ready to step up our digital strategy and are looking for a seasoned digital marketing expert to help lead the charge.
About the Role
We’re seeking a high-level Digital Marketing Strategist to help redefine and lead our digital efforts. This role is ideal for a consultant or contractor who can combine strategic thinking with an understanding of modern marketing tools and tracking systems. You’ll work closely with the agency owner to shape a forward-looking strategy—then help oversee its execution using internal resources or external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit and assess our current digital marketing efforts
• Develop a performance-driven digital strategy focused on lead generation and ROAS
• Guide or manage execution across:
• Google Ads
• Facebook/Meta Ads
• SEO
• Website development
• Improve our tracking and attribution systems to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with (or help recruit/manage) other contractors or internal team members to execute campaigns
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus onperformance marketing and strategic planning;agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven success managing or overseeingpaid media,SEO, andwebsite projects
• Strong grasp ofconversion tracking,lead attribution, and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable advising at a strategic level but familiar enough with execution to guide or troubleshoot

• Engagement type:Contract (1099); part-time or project-based
• Start date:Flexible; ideally within the next few weeks
• Work location:Remote (U.S.-based preferred for time zone and healthcare familiarity;candidates in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex strongly preferredfor occasional in-person collaboration)
