Your Role and Responsibilities
- Continuously expands technical and competitive knowledge in one or more brand products and the application of modern IT architectures.
- Understands client needs and can proactively influence client’s decisions and improve depth and breadth of customer technical capabilities.
- Influences the clients’ technology strategy and recommends solutions that bring maximum value of IBM products. Leverages technical activities and accelerators to progress opportunities through hands-on selling.
- Collaborates with other digital sales specialties to increase digital sales technical credibility at scale.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working with mobile device management
- Experience working with iOS Android Windows and macOS
- Presentations skills
- Sales Background
- Troubleshooting knowledge and processes
- Ability to navigate unknown circumstances
- Background in IT Administration
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working with Active Directories preff
- Experience working with Google Workspace preff
- Experience working with Azure preffe
- Experience with enterprise applications preff
- Knowledge of Networks VPNs and gateways
- Leadership and peer relations
