Lead team to execute Business Intelligence & Insights projects to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results. Engage with leadership to understand business challenges and drive results.
How you will contribute:

• Support Director, Supply Chain Intelligence Organization in creation and communication of vision and strategy for MSC and Retail Sales D&A.
• Ability to influence the business agenda and make recommendations to senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational initiative.
• Engage with business to understand business challenges, how users are approaching these challenges, and identify BI and analytic solutions that will support the decision-making process.
• Ensures data integrity & provide the tools necessary to effectively measure, track, monitor and enhance performance.
• Technical experience in roles in best-in-class dashboarding and modeling practices.
• Experience deploying new tools in a complex and highly matrixed organization.
• Savvy in usage of the visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business to execute the analytics agenda and prioritize highest value use cases.
• Identify and incubate best-in-class talent to drive delivery on strategic projects.
• Lead team that develops best-in-class dashboards/solutions to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.
• Execute the program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys value to stakeholders.
• Evaluate the need for analytics, assess the problems to be solved and what data sources to use or acquire.
• Drive exploration/experimentation in visualization and review benefits and value of analytics techniques and tools and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with other technical/functional (MDS/CAT) teams to implement BI solutions.
• Partners with Director, Advanced Analytics to embed advanced analytics into Dashboards and Director, Data Transformation & Strategy on data needs.
• Coordinate the interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program.

Technical Skills :

• Experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft
• UX / UI Design
• Technical Documentation

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
BS or MS in Analytics Preferred
