  • Own the quality, consistency, and accuracy of commercial assets including demos, decks, and sales materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Delivery to ensure alignment and execution consistency
  • Requirements:

You bring strong experience at the intersection of product, sales, and enablement, with a proven ability to simplify complex technology into compelling commercial narratives.

    • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product marketing, enablement, or sales strategy
    • Background in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or similarly complex technical domains
    • Proven ability to design and optimize product demos, sales presentations, and customer-facing storytelling
    • Strong experience translating technical or AI-driven capabilities into clear business value messaging
    • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
    • Executive presence with ability to support senior customer conversations and strategic deals
    • Experience building scalable enablement frameworks in fast-paced, evolving environments
    • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder alignment skills
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary range: $113,520 – $181,244.55 depending on experience and location
      • Annual bonus eligibility (target 10%)
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • Retirement savings plan and financial wellbeing programs
      • Flexible work environment with collaboration across distributed teams
      • Career development opportunities in a high-growth, innovation-focused environment
      • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven healthcare transformation initiatives
      • Inclusive workplace culture with strong emphasis on learning and impact
