Do you enjoy working with demand generation leaders to understand how different personas interact with content throughout the buyer journey? Quadient is seeking an experienced Director of Content Marketing to join our Corporate Marketing Team. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Marketing, this role is crucial in shaping our organization and marketing processes as we scale. You will lead a team of content professionals to create and localize content for use across the globe.

You will work cross functionally with the entire organization - including our executive team, external communications, product marketing, demand generation and marketing operations - to ensure Quadient continues to have best in class content across the entire buyer and customer journey. The ideal candidate for this position is an empathetic leader, skilled writer, and multi-tasker with the ability to operate across multiple disciplines, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a creative force to champion and elevate the Quadient brand voice in market
  • Lead the global content marketing team in the planning and implementation of Quadient's global content strategy, aligned with product marketing roadmaps and demand generation campaigns
  • Lead the creation and execution of the content roadmap and calendar
  • Partner with product marketing, sales and demand generation to ensure content in development is aligned with key value propositions and properly targeted for key verticals and personas
  • Partner with the creative design team and the corporate web team to optimize layouts and strategize on CRO
  • Work alongside the digital team to ensure content is aligned with our SEO strategy
  • Lead the publication of our blogs, knowledge hub, and written content (white papers, ebooks, etc)
  • Partner with marketing operations to understand the impact of content and collateral on sales pipeline
  • Partner with Demand Generation as we brainstorm campaign themes and deliverables

What you'll need to have:

  • Strong leadership skills with 7+ years' experience of strategizing and delivering content for a SaaS solution - experience in content marketing for hardware solutions is a benefit
  • Experience building and leading a marketing team
  • The ability to produce quality content quickly
  • Demonstrated skill at content repurposing for multiple channels
  • Strong grasp of business metrics and ability to align projects with key metrics
  • The ability to work independently, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - French or German language skills are a plus
  • Experience with agile marketing ways of working
  • Strong numerical and reporting skills
  • A strong understanding of the value proposition design process
  • The capacity and willingness to learn and lead the adoption of new technologies into content marketing including Canva, Drupal, Office, Asana, ChatGPT and others as required
