We are seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to support executive leadership with internal and external communications and operational capacity, assist with strategic communication, company communication architecture, managerial communications, and aid the customer success team with communication priorities. The Director, Corporate Communications will report to the Vice President, Communications, with a dotted line to the Vice President, Professional Development. This role will work in collaboration with the President/COO, Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Professional Development, and sales/customer success teams.

The gross salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance."

Responsibilities include:
Executive Support
- Lead special projects aligned to executive priorities
- Support the Operating Committee to advance enterprise priorities
- Project lead operational efficiency of company priorities
- Build and implement communications architecture across managers
Chief of Staff
- Act as chief of staff to the Vice President, Professional Development at 30% capacity
- Build capacity by supporting special projects, administrative needs, and internal/external communications that support prioritized PD initiatives, special projects, and capacity building.
Communications Support
- Work with teams across the company to strategize, write, and implement internal and external communications
- Ensure all communications is aligned to the company's communications strategy
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, and/or other aligned fields
- 5 years in executive support, communications, and/or program implementation
- Excellent writing skills; capable of handling and copy-editing content from multiple parties
- Excellent project-management skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in K-12 education
- High levels of energy, flexibility, good humor, commitment and an ability to work independently
