Acting as a key partner to Sales Leadership, you will help translate business priorities into actionable field strategies that accelerate growth and improve execution quality. You will play a critical role in optimizing sales performance, supporting product launches, and ensuring alignment across commercial initiatives. This position is ideal for a seasoned commercial strategy professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute field strategies that support growth objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between sales execution, business planning, and shared service functions.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify performance trends, assess opportunities, and support targeting strategies across key accounts and products.
  • Support the development and execution of business plans, including launch strategies, incentive programs, and sales performance initiatives.
  • Monitor field execution and provide ongoing insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in field engagement activities such as ride-alongs, customer interactions, and sales meetings to understand operational realities and challenges.
  • Develop and support sales materials, executive presentations, scorecards, and business review documentation.
  • Contribute to solution design efforts that improve sales productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance commercial execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or field force effectiveness.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or branded healthcare sales environments, including product launches and market dynamics.
    • Proven experience working with sales organizations to drive execution, performance management, and business planning.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
    • Experience with field engagement activities and understanding of frontline sales challenges is highly preferred.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $112,000 – $236,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and impact.
      • Remote work flexibility with approximately 25% travel requirements.
      • Opportunities for career advancement within a global healthcare organization.
      • Exposure to high-impact commercial strategy and enterprise-level sales initiatives.
      • Standard corporate benefits including retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs.
