We're looking for a passionate innovator to take our People Programs team to the next level. In this highly dynamic and visible role you'll help scale our team and programming. You'll be equal parts performance management visionary, remote work and internal comms strategist, and coach. You recognize the need to evolve people programs in a remote first hybrid work environment, and are eager to create a "beyond best practice" next practice global approach.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and continue to grow our highly collaborative People Programs team to ensure we're fostering a culture of feedback, impactful employee engagement action planning, and initiatives that drive celebration of our core values-regardless of where employees are in their careers, or in the organization, or in the world!
  • You will be the driving force in evolving Affirm's global performance management strategy. The team will design, program manage, and execute Affirm's performance management.
  • Lead and develop Affirm's internal communications strategy
  • Provide thought leadership around company-wide programming in support of performance management, feedback, capability models, and talent mobility.
  • Partner with the People Business Partner function to continue to scale our current programming in our remote first, hybrid, hyper-growth work environment, recognizing people come first. You'll analyze the current program scope and design, perform an ongoing needs assessment to help guide the evolution.
  • Build strong partnerships with Employee Resource Groups to guide performance management and engagement and communications efforts.
  • Define, measure, analyze, and communicate out the People Programs team's success metrics.

What We Look For
  • You've managed and led performance management teams and employee engagement programming that support a growing global workforce for 2000+ employees. And you've leveraged appropriate technologies to help it all scale. You have repeated success in growing people programs across geographies and through merger and acquisition activity.
  • 12+ years of experience highlighting a combination of performance management strategy, program design including bias mitigation, and company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • A track record of people program development that delivers bias mitigation, business impact and positive ROI for the organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an appetite for distilling sophisticated information to what matters most.
  • A "how can we make this better?" mentality.
