In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee a talented Global Product Team, guiding the development of innovative therapies for endocrine diseases. Your responsibilities will include managing critical development programs, ensuring the alignment of strategic goals, and facilitating communication between various teams and stakeholders. This position impacts the lives of patients by driving successful product strategies from development to commercial launch, ultimately advancing the company’s mission and vision. Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional Global Product Team(s) for strategic planning and execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO on strategy and execution.
  • Develop strategic and coordinated product development plans.
  • Manage program team activities to maximize value and adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee regulatory readiness for filings and commercial launch activities.
  • Drive team alignment and ensure effective communication at governance meetings.
  • Provide mentorship and support to cross-functional team members.
  • Contribute to corporate strategic initiatives and portfolio-level strategies.
  • Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 8+ years of supervisory experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes, especially in oncology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to inspire and drive teams towards strategic goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong capability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.
