Director, Government Delivery

As Nuvolo’s Director, Government Delivery, you will own the delivery portfolio of all government projects across our internal Services team and Partner Ecosystem. As a key member of the Services leadership team, you will leverage your core background and experience to drive operational quality and customer excellence across your team, Partner Ecosystem and client portfolio. Nuvolo implementations are supported by a multi-national organization and this role is expected to facilitate efficient, yet thorough, onboarding to ensure we are bringing fast time to value for our customers while also promoting a seamless onramp for on-going customer success management. As the Director of Government Delivery, your role will include:

• Possess knowledge of government market and the specific demands for government implementations
• Provide portfolio oversight for all implementations in the government sector
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation programs
• Guide/oversee technical service project scoping, ROM, LOEs and SOWs (e.g. WBS)
• Engage on RFPs and RFP responses
• Participate in the overall management of the US service region (including KPI achievement)
• Oversee day to day activities of staff of 5 to 10 resources assigned to client facing projects
• Assist in the management and measurement of key metrics that run/support our Services business in the US
• Oversee several large implementation projects for quality, defects, timelines, and staffing
• Assist in the creation and on-going management of strategic initiatives aimed at creating the best experience for our employees and customers
• Recruiting and retaining development and architect staff

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• 5+ years management of developers and architects (functional and technical)
• 5+ years consulting or client facing experience on implementation projects
• Knowledge of government implementation services demands
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus points for:

• ServiceNow background & certification (Nuvolo would be a huge plus)
• Work on projects within an Agile project management methodology
• Multi-national experience

For New York City-based candidates, the salary range for this position is $190,000-$245,000 base salary. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ.
