This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Growth Marketing based in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead growth marketing initiatives that directly influence customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of brands. You will develop data-driven marketing strategies, optimize the buyer journey, and lead high-performing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with sales, product marketing, creative, and marketing operations teams, you will help align go-to-market execution with business objectives. This leadership role combines strategic planning, analytical thinking, and team development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:

The Director, Growth Marketing will lead demand generation initiatives, optimize marketing performance across the customer lifecycle, and drive collaboration across commercial teams to accelerate business growth.

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and business priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives to maximize acquisition and pipeline generation.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals while optimizing campaign performance across the entire buyer journey.
  • Design, launch, and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and marketing efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR leadership to strengthen lead management, qualification processes, and sales handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective campaign execution, and accurate performance reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Growth Marketing team by establishing clear objectives, promoting accountability, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize marketing automation, attribution models, and reporting capabilities to improve decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in demand generation, revenue marketing, and cross-functional leadership. They should possess strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

    • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
    • 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
    • Demonstrated success driving qualified pipeline growth and measurable revenue outcomes.
    • Experience designing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Strong collaboration experience working alongside Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and marketing analytics tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
