In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape and execute value-based evidence strategies that support market access, product differentiation, and patient outcomes within the neuroscience space. You will collaborate closely with medical, commercial, and evidence-generation teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of HEOR initiatives across the product lifecycle. The position combines scientific expertise, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking to influence healthcare decision-making and optimize patient access to innovative therapies. You will work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment, partnering with internal stakeholders and external experts to deliver evidence-driven insights that support both clinical and commercial objectives. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of HEOR and value-based evidence strategies supporting neuroscience products across launch and lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Commercial, and Integrated Product Strategy Teams to align priorities and ensure impactful evidence generation and communication.
  • Serve as a key liaison between HEOR, Population Health/Co-Development, and Real-World Evidence teams to coordinate integrated evidence strategies.
  • Drive tactical HEOR initiatives, including outcomes research, real-world evidence generation, health technology assessments, and market access support activities.
  • Develop and maintain scientific communication plans, publication strategies, congress materials, and evidence-based messaging aligned with product objectives.
  • Collaborate with external experts, agencies, and key opinion leaders to strengthen scientific engagement and evidence dissemination efforts.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory standards, publication guidelines, and internal governance requirements.
  • Monitor healthcare trends, payer expectations, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and optimize product value positioning.
  • Requirements:

    • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, public health, health economics, or a related discipline; PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR, medical affairs, scientific communications, outcomes research, or related functions.
    • Strong understanding of health economics, market access strategy, pharmacoeconomics, real-world evidence, and healthcare policy.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders within complex matrix organizations.
    • Experience supporting product launches, publication planning, scientific congress activities, and evidence generation strategies.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate complex scientific and economic data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external audiences.
    • Experience in neuroscience, rare disease, rheumatology, hematology, or other specialty therapeutic areas is highly valued.
