Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Director, IT Integration and Enterprise Program Deployment is responsible for providing vision, leadership and execution in the development and implementation of all enterprise program delivery programs and projects. Directs all PA and Alpine acquisition integrations. Also responsible for evolving and leading a technology focused Project Management Office within the IT services organization. Leads and optimizes a modern Project Management Office, leveraging Agile, leading both project managers and scrum masters across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The scope of this role is enterprise-wide, spanning IT program deployment and IT acquisition integrations for two organizations (Tapestri / PA).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Owns and manages the IT Project Portfolio. Ensures the portfolio is accurate, up to date, and communicated to appropriate levels throughout the organization, inclusive of PA, Alpine, and its subsidiaries.
- Prioritizes strategic initiatives and defines project objectives in collaboration with the executive leadership team.
- Maintains and adjusts the IT PMO strategy. Leads the design and implementation of common project management methodology, including standards and tools.
- Leads the execution of IT PMO governance and reporting framework. Provide a holistic view of all departmental project activity.
- Leads cross-functional teams in new product/service development.
- Champions agile scrum development methodology.
- Builds and maintains close relationships with leaders of all business functions. Collaborates with business focused Project Management Office and the practice acquisition / integration team. Collaborates with executive sponsors, project managers, and subject matter experts to define project scope, objectives, milestones, accountabilities, and deadlines.
- Leads IT critical process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation. Oversees planning, direction and coordination of large strategic programs from initiation through implementation,
- Standardizes processes, documentation and actions for all IT PMO activities.
- Provides oversight and guidance in the development of documentation including project charters, work plans, process maps, and closure summaries.
- Defines, documents and publishes metrics around portfolio health.
- Manages complex work assignments including cross-functional internal coordination and effective management of external IT resource vendors.
- Contributes to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of company-wide project portfolio management tools including uptake and utilization by the business.
- Represents Tapestri Technology Services at leadership meetings.
- Provides oversight to the execution of project plans by managing project resources and activities, working in conjunction with appropriate internal partners.
- Ensures that project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Prepares project justification for executive presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Leads and mentors staff to improve skillset and career potential.
Integration Duties
- Manages the strategy and coordination of M&A integration IT infrastructure activities. Executes continuous improvement of the IT processes. Collaborates with business stakeholders for effective and efficient integration of acquired practices.
- Establishes and refines related M&A processes including project plans, estimating templates, runbooks and other core materials in the integration process.
- Establishes and maintains tools and methods for managing multiple simultaneous integrations. Provides accurate and informative dashboard for stakeholders of M&A integrations.
- Provides insight to the business and Integration Management Office regarding improvement opportunities to enhance integration business objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages M&A IT Integration staff, IT Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Selects, supervises, and evaluates staff performance. Strategically delegates work to the team while ensuring timely follow-up/status reporting. Assigns and review tasks, provides mentoring, manages performance feedback, training and professional development opportunities. Provides managerial oversight, support and guidance to direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or MIS required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of management or leadership experience in an enterprise/national platform environment required. 15 years related experience preferred. Experience with frequent acquisitions, integration, and movement into a standard managed environment.

- Subject matter expert on management of IT desktops / support, and relevant processes & tools
- Knowledge of developing and managing SLAs, KPIs, and critical success factors for IT services, processes, operations, and work environments
- Proficiency with MS Office/Office 365
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of developing and managing continuous improvement programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
