Guild is hiring a Director of IT Operations to join the Business Technology Team. Reporting to our VP of Business Operations, you will lead Guild’s IT Operations Engineering and IT Support teams to deliver against security, business enablement and end user support objectives.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $150,000-$180,000, as well as company stock options.

As Director of IT Operations, you will:
  • Lead all aspects of IT Operations at Guild, across Ops Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Help Desk Support, Asset Management and Audit & Compliance
  • Establish transparent delivery using Agile sprints and scrum methodology and integrated operations observability
  • Ensure operational excellence and robust, well-documented business processes across all core IT Operations responsibilities
  • Own the IT Operations roadmap to drive continuous improvement

  • A strategic partner across the business. You work equally well with technical and non-technical teams and utilize your technical knowledge to unlock solutions to business problems.
  • A background in system administration, IT consulting or other highly multi-functional roles would help someone thrive in this position.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity. You’ve worked in high-growth companies and have a record of success delivering results.
  • You have a demonstrable record adapting your organization to a continuously evolving technology landscape.
We are looking for deep experience or certifications in:
  • Working in an all-SaaS environment
  • IT audit and compliance (SOC 1 & 2, SOX, and PCI)
  • Agile/Scrum Master
  • Network+, and/or Security+
  • ITIL Foundation & ITIL Practitioner
  • CISM or CISSP
