We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Operations - AI Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of our newly formed billion-dollar business unit. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful execution of our business plan. 

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Lambda's overall objectives for NVIDIA Solutions
• Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including sales, quoting, ordering, planning, and delivery processes
• Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Provide regular updates to the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions and Executive Leadership Team on business performance and progress
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure business continuity
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions, providing strategic insights and recommendations
• Represent the business unit in external meetings and engagements

You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a senior management or operational role
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex business initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the enterprise segment and customer exposure is a plus

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $200,000-$300,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
