Accountabilities

  • Assist leadership with development of organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Lead and manage initiatives to achieve goals across the department.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of projects and drive execution.
  • Develop performance management models, techniques, and tools.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights to leadership.
  • Train staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Challenge the status quo and demonstrate expected leader behaviors.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
  • Professional certification required, Rummler-Brache and CEBS preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible group disability claim experience.
  • 3 years of experience managing a claim team.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles preferred.
