  • Flawless execution. Bring every event to life under pressure without letting quality slip. The day-of is the easy part for you because the hundreds of details before it were already handled.

  • The customer experience. Own every touchpoint from first invite to post-event follow-up. Each one should feel intentional premium and hospitable — hospitality is the center of how you think.

  • Systems that compound. Build the operational infrastructure from scratch: playbooks timelines vendor rosters run-of-show templates and post-event reviews that make every future event easier and better.

  • Measurement. Define success metrics before every event track ROI and engagement and feed insights into the next one systematically. Treat events-generated pipeline as your scoreboard and bring an "OTIF" (on-time in-full) discipline to delivery.

  • The brand. Make every event feel unmistakably Siro.

  • B2B field marketing or SaaS experience where events tie directly to pipeline and revenue.
