Job Summary:

The Director of Family Programming will develop a strategic and comprehensive alumni and parent/loved ones programming to include strengthening the Alumni Leadership Council, creating a Parent Advisory Council, and growing our network of engaged parents and alumni.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Facilitate groups for perspective families, families of current clients, alumni, and current clients that are approaching discharge.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications abilities, including demonstrated ability to make effective oral and written presentations, and edit written and visual communication.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate in an articulate and persuasive manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure and deadlines.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • 2-3 years of progressive, proven experience working on a team, in a role involving coordinating with multiple departments and some exposure to marketing.
  • Proven track record in delivering results against objectives.
  • Capacity to grasp and communicate vision to a broad spectrum of constituencies.
  • Demonstrated skill as a networker or connector.
  • Maintain a small client caseload.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications: 

  • Must possess experience working with Eating Disorder clients.
  • Proven experience managing clinical charts and compliance.
  • Experience in clinical program management.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts and demonstrated ability to make timely decisions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellent care and is passionate about professional development.
  • Respect and maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
  • 5+ years experience in managing employees including performance and day to day operational oversight in a clinical setting.
  • Background in nursing, care management or clinical operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills; ability to prioritize, organize, plan, and implement services as well as handle multiple projects/problems simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
  • Desire to work at an early-stage startup and comfortable with associated uncertainty and rolling-up your sleeves to get things done.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in KIPAA, and CMS regulatory requirements.
  • This role is remote and can be performed anywhere in the United States.

    Physical and Environmental Requirements:

    • Employees are required to read, review, prepare and analyze written data and figures, using a computer or similar, and should possess visual acuity.
    • This position answers and places telephone calls as well as video conferences and must be able to converse.  
    • Must be able to converse with colleagues via telephone and computer programs.
    • Must be able to operate a computer and navigate applications within a smart-phone, iPhone, MacBook computer and/or tablet.
    • Able to sit for the majority of shifts.
    • Must have reliable internet connection.
    • This is a work-from-home position.  Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.

Pay Range: $100-$120k/Year
