Team: Business Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Global Partners - UK, Germany, USA based in Germany.

This is a senior global leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will define and execute the worldwide partner strategy, driving revenue growth and pipeline generation through a diverse network of agencies, system integrators, and technology partners. Acting as a key executive stakeholder, you will align global partner initiatives with broader go-to-market objectives across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership across distributed regional teams. You will be responsible for developing high-impact partner relationships and enabling partners to successfully position and deliver enterprise solutions at scale. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding global market reach and accelerating partner-driven growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and own the global partner strategy and execution plan across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and evolve the global partner program, including tiering structures, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic global partners, including agencies, system integrators, and technology providers.
  • Build and manage joint business plans with key partners, ensuring alignment on revenue targets and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a globally distributed partner organization, ensuring strong performance across regions.
  • Establish strong executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams to drive long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact.
  • Represent the partner ecosystem internally and externally at global events and executive engagements.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs and driving measurable revenue impact.
    • Experience leading distributed, cross-regional teams across multiple time zones.
    • Strong understanding of agency, system integrator, and technology partner ecosystems, ideally within digital experience, CMS, or related sectors.
    • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills, including C-level stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate global strategy into regional execution plans.
    • Experience working in close alignment with enterprise sales teams and target account models.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.
