As the Director of Implementation Services at Health Gorilla, you will report to the SVP of Customer Success & Operations. You will lead and help grow a team of Implementation Specialists, who use their project management skills and healthcare experience to guide our SaaS customers through successful implementation of our software. Your experience with successful software implementation processes will guide the development of project plans and materials to give our customers a smooth experience from contract closure to go-live. You and your team will collaborate with our Integration Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure that our customers are thrilled with our services and have the data they need to make their own difference in healthcare.
What you will do at Health Gorilla- Lead the Implementation Specialist team to drive successful go-lives for our clients
- Manage the development of standard implementation processes
- Build a library of user-friendly documentation including meeting agendas and decision guides
- Collaborate across teams to ensure rigorous go-live checklists are completed
- Provide knowledge transfer to Customer Success Managers and Customer Support to ensure continuity of the customer experience
- Share insights from customer projects with the Product team to help build stronger software and services
- 5+ years of experience running software implementation projects
- 3+ years of experience hiring and coaching diverse implementation teams
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project planning tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
