Director of Product, Customer Experience
Job Description
The Customer Experience team is responsible for building the products that delight our customers and drive revenue. Our customers are some of the largest employers in the United States and the Customer Experience team is focused on improving existing products and building new products to capture even more of this market.
As Director of Product, you will directly lead a team of Product Managers, and indirectly lead across the company - engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, sales, customer success, support. business development, finance and legal - to define, build, launch, and improve our products for customers. You will be the owner of our Customer facing product roadmap, custodian of our core customer KPIs (revenue, covered lives, customer satisfaction), and partner closely with marketing and sales to deliver great results in the market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Product Management function for the Customer Experience team, including product vision, strategy, roadmap and execution with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers leveraging leverage market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence
- Be the expert in the needs of our current and future customers and partners
- Build and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap narrative that enables marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth and delight customers
- Manage, optimize and grow the business
- Ensure clear goals, KPIs, and customer/business requirements are documented, communicated, aligned, tracked and executed across the company including engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, and sales
- Recruit, lead, grow, and manage a diverse, strong, and highly motivated team of Product Managers
What we expect from you:
- Aligned to our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.
- 7+ years technical product experience building secure, reliable, performant, and compliant SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure
- Must have a proven track record of success building and growing products and services for enterprises, preferably in healthcare
- Ideally 3+ years with P&L responsibility. Has effectively partnered with cross company stakeholders to drive revenue growth
- A natural collaborator that can build plans and drive results through others across the company. Experience partnering deeply with senior leaders in engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and legal
- Skilled with data, analytics, and customer/user research. Personally digs into the data, probes with customers and users, and has a strong sense of empathy
- Highly adaptive, moves fast and entrepreneurial. Thrives in ambiguity, and constantly strives to provide more clarity. Can get things done with limited resources
- Clear and compelling communicator. Someone who can build and deliver a great narrative and represent Spring Health to our largest customers and partners
- Humble, growth minded, and have a good sense of humor
- 5+ years experience directly managing product management teams, leading both individual contributors as well as other people managers
The target salary range for this position is $200,800 - $220,900, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
