At Welltech we are committed to ambitious growth and delivering the best possible service to our users. We are looking for a Director of Product Growth to support these goals.

Position Overview: As the Director of Product Growth you will be responsible for three crucial elements of our business model:

• Optimization of pricing structures and subscription models.

• Implementation of product-driven initiatives for traffic growth.

• Enhancement of web funnels to improve average revenue per user and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy and execution of all initiatives within the area of monetization and funnel-driven growth as well as a set of performance metrics.

• Lead strategy and execution for a wide range of initiatives including pricing and subscription model optimization UX improvements developing a coherent user journey between web funnels and core products and the introduction of a new brand identity.

• Mentor and guide a team of 20 dedicated specialists fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Understand deeply the needs of our users and stakeholders and push for a data- and user-driven approach in everything we do.

• Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders including business units core product marketing design tech and analytics teams.

• Continuously innovate stay updated with the latest user and market trend analyses and ensure that Welltech remains a market leader.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in driving product-driven growth in a high-growth B2C company.

• Experience in successfully managing large-scale monetization and/or user journey projects.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

• First-principle thinking with the ability to distill the core of a problem.

• Strong knowledge of different testing methodologies.

• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders effectively.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading large teams.
