Accountabilities

  • Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations.
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore.
  • Strong operational excellence and analytical skills, with a knack for process design.
  • Proficiency in managing and forecasting large renewal portfolios accurately.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with technology improvements, including automation and CRM tools.
