Director of Solution Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Solution Architect to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first. The role will be dedicated to being able to understand (deeply) all projects at Raft, pair with PMs, and Tech Leads, and write RFIs/RFPs.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to take highly complex ideas and explain them in plain language English
• Ability to zoom into the details but also zoom out at an abstract level
• Hands-on experience building solutions, but now you're passionate about writing about them as well in white papers, proposals, blog posts, etc
• You are technical with experience and can build a solution if you put your time and energy towards it
• You are a people person and like combining with other teams to learn what they're doing, attending their sprint plannings, and embedded yourself into the ecosystem
• You have written white papers, RFI's and RFPs in the past and pride yourself on winning
• Will support technical hiring and staffing architecture across all of Raft

Highly preferred:

• Experience being in the DoD around modernization around Platform, Data, and/or App Dev
• Deeply technical background and eagerness to constantly learn
• You'd like to remain 25% with hands on building

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
