Director of Solution Architecture

As the Director Solution Architecture, your role is critical in designing and executing a program with the goal of deploying HYPR. Your work enables a variety of clients, from small to large enterprises, to leverage HYPR effectively and to succeed with operationalizing global adoption. Moreover, your leadership helps enable our Channel Partners to deliver HYPR to their customers, fostering mutual success.  

• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing Solution Architects.
• Streamline processes to accelerate customer deployments and operational readiness
• Inspire and motivate Solution Architects to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Provide support to solution architects during challenging escalations and assist with capacity coverage during deployment engagements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, acting as an advocate for both the solution architecture team and customers engaging with HYPR deployments.
• Exhibit a 'player-coach' leadership style, guiding solution architects both hands-on and at a managerial level.
• Deeply understand customer needs and align them with the value proposition of HYPR, both in the present and future state.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics for the team, ensuring a data-driven approach to success.
• Manage a channel enablement program and oversee the channel delivery pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Work closely with Product Leadership to provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance product deployment and adoption.

• 4+ years building and managing teams, focusing in Product Delivery 
• 5 + years of experience engaged with Enterprise accounts
• Demonstrated ability leading a customer facing team — strong people management, coaching and development experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of success
• Experience with Identity Access Management Platforms preferred

Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
