Pluralsight's Success Operations team is seeking to add a Director willing to dig in and help us elevate our support and partnership with the broader Success team and Chief Customer Officer. Reporting to the VP of Success Ops, this person will work closely with the Success senior leadership and operational teams. We're looking for someone with experience in operations, data modeling, and coordinating and collaborating on various cross-functional projects.

Pluralsight's Success Operations team is seeking to add a Director willing to dig in and help us elevate our support and partnership with the broader Success team and Chief Customer Officer. We're looking for someone with experience in operations, data modeling, and coordinating and collaborating on various cross-functional projects.

What you'll own:
- Reporting and consolidating forecasts of retention and support key metrics
- Building and refining our renewals workflow, with established activities and milestone dates to ensure timely renewals
- Capacity modeling for our annual planning and forecast updates
- Handling day-to-day task optimization for the operations team
- Ad-hoc modeling requests to support our internal partners
Experience you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other analytics-related fields; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years in SaaS operations, finance, investment banking, or private equity
- Experience with Excel, GSuite, and Tableau (forecasting tools like Anaplan or Xactly a plus)
- Experience supporting and interacting with executive-level partners
