Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Director of Training to join us on this exciting journey. You will build and design learning programs that will train the next generation of cyber security professionals in our own internal Bishop Fox Academy.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the leadership team to ensure alignment of our global learning initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation for all learning programs across the company.
- Create and continuously improve learning and development programs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Building and managing a team of technical and non-technical trainers.
- Key liaison between leadership and various lines of business to identify skill gaps to support training needs.
- Select and manage external vendors and partners for training programs.
- Evaluation of training results and learning program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Leadership experience designing and developing technical and non-technical training program content for industry professionals, including new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Proven success in organizing training activities in a corporate environment with traditional and modern training methods.
- Ensure all trainers are proficient in their job by providing ongoing evaluation, training, feedback, and coaching
- BS/MS in Education, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- English proficiency in verbal and written communication
- If you live outside of the Metropolitan Guadalajara area, being open to frequently traveling is required.
