TRAVEL 2X A MONTH,  1-3 DAYS PER TRIP

Essential Duties: 

Skills and Experience:  

• 5-10+ years of healthcare consulting, operations and/or strategy experience in healthcare or highly related industry
• Required Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant area
• Experience working with executive teams, thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is very mission-driven.
• Exceptional demonstrated systems thinking/problem solving skills
• Excellent influence, collaboration and partnership skills, as this role will require significant navigation of a matrixed organization
• Expert in Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint
• History of executing on complex, interconnected projects and processes

Wage base range for this role is $150,000 - 175,000 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
