This leadership role sits at the core of a fast-moving, data-driven commerce technology environment focused on shaping the future of shoppable media experiences. The Director of Product Management will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a key product pillar, defining how brands connect with shoppers through innovative, AI-enabled commerce solutions. You will lead a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment between product direction and real client outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on product leadership, with a deep focus on customer-centric decision-making and market responsiveness. You will translate market signals and client insights into a clear, scalable roadmap that drives adoption, retention, and business growth. This is a highly visible role where your decisions will directly influence product-market fit and long-term platform success.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap for the Shoppable Media business, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes, market trends, and overall company strategy
  • Define clear prioritization frameworks, investment areas, and roadmap direction, balancing innovation, iteration, and delivery focus
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, coaching them across discovery, definition, and delivery practices
  • Drive structured product discovery informed by client feedback, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and GTM insights
  • Translate customer and market needs into detailed product requirements, PRDs, success metrics, and product briefs
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define solutions, validate concepts, and ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to support positioning, messaging, and launch readiness for new product capabilities
  • Oversee product delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, clear tradeoffs, and successful adoption across clients
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and use data-driven insights to guide iteration and lifecycle decisions
  • Act as a key cross-functional leader influencing business strategy, prioritization, and long-term product direction
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area or business line within B2B SaaS
    • 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers or associate product managers
    • Proven ability to translate client needs and market signals into impactful product roadmaps that improve retention and revenue growth
    • Strong background in B2B SaaS environments; experience in B2B2C or enterprise platforms is highly preferred
    • Experience in commerce, retail media, martech, or adjacent digital advertising ecosystems
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make structured, data-informed product decisions
    • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in Agile environments
    • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
    • Familiarity with AI-commerce trends, digital attribution, or retail media ecosystems is a strong plus
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $140,000 – $165,000 USD
      • Fully remote work across the United States
      • Health coverage options including medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Paid time off and paid company holidays
      • 401(k) retirement plan
      • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture
      • Strong emphasis on learning, experimentation, and professional growth
      • Opportunity to shape a high-impact product in a rapidly evolving commerce technology space.
