About the position:



As Director of Product – Global Growth Platform, you will define and lead the product strategy for all product initiatives in the core EOR / Global Growth Platform. In close partnership with engineering and product leaders from across the business, you will enable application developers to create technology that allows our technical teams to build efficiently and productively. In your role, you will be part of leading developer facing aspects of our infrastructure and core services. Our ideal candidate has a passion for automation, is a deep innovator, and wants to solve complex problems. 

 

What you will do;

  • Define and lead the product strategy for all product initiatives in the core EOR / Global Growth Platform 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation of product improvements and facilitate engineering involvement in product discovery 
  • Work as a partner for engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver products that delight the customer 
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions that drive prioritization for roadmap 
  • Create metrics representing product usage and customer satisfaction and use those metrics to drive data-driven decisions. 
  • Lead and develop world class product managers that thrive on interacting with customers, solving problems and building intuitive experiences 
  • Align on core product management processes incorporating best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the team 
  • Advocate and evangelize agile methodologies and best practices while constantly innovating and iterating 


What we are looking for;


  • Extensive experience in Product Management in a SaaS based company 
  • Track-record of building high-impact products and demonstrating measurable business impact 
  • Experience defining and delivering product vision, strategy and roadmap, and communicating them across all levels of the organization. 
  • Proven experience of bringing new products from concept to market launch 
  • Understanding of Enterprise software products (SaaS) and businesses 
  • Track-record of building, coaching and leading high-performing teams 
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills – spoken and written communication, de-escalation skills and problem resolution 
  • Highly entrepreneurial with an AI mindset 
  • Experience working with UX to create best in class products 
  • An ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions 


The annual gross base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
