We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Marketing leader to join our collaborative team, working to understand and develop strategic product marketing for enterprise customers. As Director of Product Marketing, you will help own the marketing strategy and execution for a critical part of Evidation’s business.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead product marketing for Evidation’s commercial business, establishing the go-to-market strategy and driving product adoption.
- Craft high-level product positioning and messaging, extending from brand messaging foundation and framework.
- Bring the market problem(s) and Evidation’s solutions to life through creation of clear, targeted marketing materials including: pitch decks, one-pagers, webinars, web presence, event materials, customer referral stories, sharable clinical content, video content, etc.
- Through a strong partnership with commercial market-facing sales team, create and manage support including sales training, sales materials, market insight reporting, RFP/proposal templates, and key account support
- Execute successful go-to-market strategies for the commercial team to drive awareness, education, selection, and recurring revenue
- Support the feedback loop and reporting process based on primary and secondary research learnings to inform strategy, communications, and targeting
- Collect and communicate client / prospect feedback to product, business development and senior leadership teams
- Monitor competition, inform business leaders through market monitoring, research and competitor insight reports
- Ensure message & brand alignment across market-facing content and engagement materials
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in B2B marketing, where you’ve owned messaging and segmentation, positioning, research, sales enablement, and the feedback loop
- 5+ years of experience specifically in a product marketing team
- Ability to translate competitor, customer, market, and product insights into messaging and content for a cohesive, targeted sales journey
- Has created buyer journey maps / sales journey maps, playbooks, and programs and seen them through to success
- Exceptional communicator and brand storyteller
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic problem-solver who takes calculated risks and continually iterates towards driving better results. Has run experiments to iterate on marketing messaging
- Possess the ability to prioritize work and function in high levels of ambiguity and with shifting priorities
- Stellar problem solver and self-starter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare or health-tech industry
- Experience with or knowledge of pharmaceutical companies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
