We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director, Program and Project Delivery, reporting to the Senior Director, Research, in our Research & Insights Business Unit, to join our collaborative team. We are looking for a seasoned people-leader with deep experience in program and project delivery in clinical research settings. In this role, you will both lead and define functional excellence for program management across Research and Insights studies and projects, and you will be responsible for overseeing a team of program managers and their end-to-end delivery of research. You'll be joining the Research & Insights - team which delivers world-class, ground-breaking health research in partnership with our customers. This is made possible with our health research platform and delivery organization built to run decentralized research at scale, enabling us to build trust and lasting engagement with both participants and customers alike.

• Oversee a team of program managers including strategy planning, capability development and training, budgets, best practices of project management. 
• Create team-specific annual budget and resource forecasts, as well as objectives and key results (OKRs) for delivering excellent program management across all studies and projects
• Serve as Study Lead and primary client contact on selected studies, partnering with study Principal Investigator to oversee and ensure timely, quality, and efficient study planning and execution of associated clinical studies and projects
• Develop study governance structure including joint steering, escalation paths, and decision-making framework
• Oversee program management planning and execution of study delivery according to best practices of project management and  clinical research standards and norms
• Team Development 
  • Develop and manage an exceptional program management team, including a culture of excellence around project governance and delivery. 
  • Recruit and hire best-in-class team members, and create team structures and collaboration practices that enable continued success and growth
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for education, growth, and identification of project management techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience with notable progression in Project Management and/or Program Team Leadership functions
• Experience in healthcare consulting and engagement, or pharma clinical program management 
• Proven knowledge of clinical operations, project management tools and processes 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high growth start-up environment 
• Proven ability to learn by working in multiple phases, therapeutic areas and/or different development situations.
