Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the overall revenue marketing strategy with direct ownership of pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and commercial growth outcomes.
  • Design and implement integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across direct and partner sales channels.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven marketing capabilities to automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Develop scalable partner marketing programs that increase channel engagement and generate measurable revenue contributions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to align growth initiatives, optimize funnel performance, and improve buyer experiences.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, attribution models, and performance reporting to continuously optimize marketing investments and business outcomes.
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring strong data integrity, reporting capabilities, and seamless integration across commercial systems.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Manage annual planning, budgeting, and strategic investment decisions to support sustainable and scalable revenue growth.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing environments with direct accountability for revenue growth and pipeline performance.
    • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
    • Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong expertise in revenue operations, marketing analytics, attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and performance measurement.
    • Proven experience implementing AI-powered marketing technologies and automation platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and partner/channel ecosystems.
    • Background in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, Technology, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or other complex B2B industries is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer intelligence solutions, and modern go-to-market technology stacks.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to execution.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
