Job Description
As a Director of Revenue Operations you will be part of our Revenue Productivity team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM, Salesforce and be tasked with owning its optimization. In addition, you will own the seller journey and partner with operational team members to boost GTM productivity and efficiency with the utilization of all Revenue tools.
This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and growing sales efficiency by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.
Responsibilities:
- Management responsibility for a team of professionals providing centralized support for Pluralsight sales leadership
- Develop and action efficiency and performance reporting of sales management, individuals, and account opportunity
- Establish highly repeatable and scalable sales processes, automation, and reporting methodologies for implementation across regions and business units
- Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation, prioritization, and use win/loss analysis and other predictive analytics to help optimize territory performance
- Help drive field sales and annual ecosystem planning, including determining account segmentation, financial targets, organizational design, account coverage, capacity model, territory assignment, quotas, and compensation plans
- Support and optimize the GTM strategy, including core sales processes and efficiency drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance, and Enterprise Data-Driven Operating model
- Measure how Sales Reps spend their time and use that data to improve processes and IT automation priorities
- Manage the sales pipeline by supervising deal flow across stages and conducting performance reporting
- Establish sales asset needs, support development, and determine asset utilization and deployment guidelines
- Roadmap system and process improvements with executive summary communication to leadership
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience working in Sales Operations
- Strong experience with key sales tools
- Salesforce (SFDC Admin experience is a plus)
- Superb ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
- Sophisticated proficiency in Excel. Ability to pull data, analyze, and present to leadership in order to prioritization and decision making.
