Our Sales team is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to manage the strategy, operations, processes and technology that support the Sales team to run effectively, efficiently and accelerate revenue and growth in support of business objectives.

Our Sales team is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to manage the strategy, operations, processes and technology that support the Sales team to run effectively, efficiently and accelerate revenue and growth in support of business objectives.
Your contributions to SilkRoad will include:
- Developing and implementing processes for the sales team to support the ability to sell and improve efficiency.
- Managing and optimizing CRM tools to maximize opportunities, ensuring there is clear and effective communication between the sales team and clients.
- Creating reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, productivity, quota attainment and other sales metrics.
- Assisting in territory planning by analyzing territory potential.
- Assisting with onboarding and training new sales team members.
- Working with Senior Leadership to identify business goals as they relate to the sales organization.
- Identifying sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and trends.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle and process.
- Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written communication with the Sales and Senior Leadership teams and collaborating across the organization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and build out new strategies.
- Proficient in data modeling, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ability to apply finance principles to understand and communicate sales profitability and opportunities.
- Proficient with computer software including Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Required Experience
- Bachelors' degree in a relevant field such as business, technology or finance, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy or finance, preferably in SaaS based technology environment.
- Deep experience with CRM system required; Salesforce experience is required.
- Strong experience in data modeling and analytics.
- Strong background in finance as it relates to sales profitability.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel experience is strongly preferred (V-lookups, H-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
