Job Summary:

As the Director, Revenue Operations at Bugcrowd, you will report directly to the VP of Business Operations & Strategy and partner closely with our GTM teams to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence the alignment of all revenue operations. This role will drive revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency and determine growth goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enhances and maintains a properly functioning revenue cycle process through a cross-department organizational structure.
  • Drive focused execution of our go to market strategies toward our monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders and their teams, serving as subject matter experts in revenue operations.
  • Partner with Marketing to monitor and report on the sales funnel from lead generation through to deal.
  • Integrate automated efficiencies where possible to maintain an agile and lean business.
  • Determine and direct operational priorities connected to new business and customer acquisition, growth, and customer success (retention) to effectively achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, customer success, and finance organizations.
  • Implement operational processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
  • In partnership with the Data Analytics and Marketing Operations team, build/suggest analytics reporting, forecasts, dashboards, and communications to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales, success, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
  • Drive, improve and operate the existing cadence and process for forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, large opportunity reviews, pricing approvals, deal desk, at-risk renewals, and more.
  • Work closely with leadership across teams to define and operationalize key KPIs.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments throughout the organization to guide business strategy.
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for maintaining good data integrity.
  • Continuously review and improve the excellence, accuracy, and actionability of our revenue operations function and GTM execution

Pay Range Disclosure:

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs. 

A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Director of Revenue Operations is: $86,783 - $ 120,059.

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales,Business or Revenue Operations, experience at a fast-paced technology company preferred
  • Experience with working with a SaaS company; high growth startup experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • 5-10%
