Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop implementation and support teams, ensuring strong performance, succession planning, and organizational growth.
  • Identify, document, and support resolution of software defects while contributing to product and process enhancements.
  • Champion the adoption of automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery quality.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in formal leadership roles within technical implementation, healthcare IT, or enterprise software environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong background in data integration, systems implementation, and workflow design within complex enterprise environments.
    • Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing and validating large datasets across multiple systems.
    • Proven experience working with healthcare data standards such as HL7, APIs, and structured data exchange formats.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple large-scale client implementations simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
    • Experience in process improvement, automation initiatives, and modern technology adoption, including AI-enabled workflows.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with occasional travel to client or corporate sites.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $134,000 – $195,000, based on experience and qualifications.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
