We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused leader to drive operational excellence and scale performance across complex healthcare programs. In this role, you will own end-to-end operations, leveraging data and analytics to optimize workflows, improve outcomes, and enhance efficiency across multiple stakeholders. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation, translating insights into scalable systems and processes. Accountabilities:
- Own and optimize performance across the full operational funnel, including identification, engagement, screening, and conversion processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and implement high-impact improvements.
- Build and scale operational infrastructure, including workflows, playbooks, reporting systems, and team structures.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Maintain close alignment with frontline operations to ensure continuous improvement and execution excellence.
- Evaluate and implement innovative solutions, including automation and AI-driven approaches, to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of operational teams while aligning capacity with growth objectives.
- Strong experience in strategy consulting, health tech operations, clinical operations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive operational improvements in complex environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling processes, systems, or teams in high-growth settings.
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, product, and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve operational outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) preferred.
