This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations based in United States.

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a company’s entire revenue engine during a period of significant growth.
You will define the strategy, systems, processes, and insights that enable Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and partnerships to operate effectively.
As a strategic partner to executive leadership, you will drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, technology enablement, and scalable go-to-market models.
You will oversee the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and expansion to retention, while improving commercial performance across the organization.
This role requires a visionary operator who can combine analytical expertise, business strategy, and transformation leadership.
You will build high-performing teams, optimize revenue operations infrastructure, and leverage automation and AI to create measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

The Vice President, Revenue Operations will lead the design and execution of the operating model that supports sustainable growth, ensuring alignment across commercial teams, systems, data, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Own the overall Revenue Operations strategy and operating cadence across Sales, Customer Success, and partner operations, providing leadership teams with accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance insights.
  • Lead annual go-to-market planning by developing territory strategies, capacity models, headcount planning, quota frameworks, and growth initiatives in partnership with executive stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize commercial operations infrastructure, including deal processes, pricing governance, proposal workflows, approvals, and contract execution.
  • Develop Customer Success Operations frameworks that improve customer health, adoption, renewals, expansions, and long-term customer value.
  • Architect and continuously improve the go-to-market technology ecosystem by leveraging automation, AI, integrations, and scalable tools to increase productivity.
  • Establish enterprise-wide data governance standards, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to enable informed business decisions.
  • Create scalable partner operations programs that support strategic partnerships, ecosystem growth, and collaborative revenue opportunities.
  • Lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives, ensuring teams have the tools, resources, training, and processes needed to perform effectively.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations organization while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by identifying opportunities to improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced revenue operations executive with a strong background in scaling B2B SaaS organizations, leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, and building operational frameworks that drive measurable growth.

    • 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience across Sales and Customer Success functions within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership and influencing company-wide business decisions.
    • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, annual planning, forecasting, organizational design, and commercial operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions beyond Sales and Customer Success.
    • Deep understanding of sales technologies, revenue systems, operational methodologies, and process optimization.
    • Experience implementing scalable programs and workflows across large, distributed teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
    • Experience working within healthcare, government, or similarly complex regulated industries is preferred.
    • Ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
    • Strategic consulting experience is a plus.
