This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Donor Logistics Coordinator in the United States.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely transportation of critical biological materials. As a Donor Logistics Coordinator, you will manage logistics operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure shipments reach their destinations safely and efficiently. You will triage and prioritize incoming communications, facilitate donor referrals, and help maintain compliance with operational protocols. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions will directly contribute to life-saving outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of donor tissues with contracted procurement agencies and courier services, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess and triage incoming calls and electronic communications from partners, prioritizing based on urgency and routing appropriately
  • Support donor referral initiatives and manage the preliminary eligibility screening process
  • Handle weather-related or operational delays to ensure shipments remain on schedule
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, positive experience for all partners and donors

  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Allied Health, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred
    • 1+ year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or fast-paced customer service roles; experience in emergency services (EMT, Corpsman, ER/ICU tech) is a plus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable navigating data entry platforms and virtual tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, partners, and couriers
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively and contribute to team workflows
    • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute and experience with data entry into multiple electronic systems
