Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DOOR TO DOOR sales, with experience inHOME sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members to enhance their performance. Duties • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication. • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. • Lead telemarketing efforts, including outbound calling and warm calling campaigns to generate new leads. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with sales goals. • Provide training and support to team members on negotiation techniques, technical sales processes, and customer engagement strategies. Skills • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Proven experience in DOOR TO DOOR sales, particularly in HOME-related fields. • Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies. • Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, for managing customer interactions. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. • Ability to drive business development initiatives through strategic planning and execution. • Experience in marketing strategies that complement sales efforts is a plus.
