Drupal & WordPress Development Consultant

We are looking for an exceptionally awesome Developer with Drupal and WordPress experience to join our team here at ROI·DNA. This position reports to our Sr. Account Director, Client Services.

You're a Drupal AND WordPress expert who possess creative problem-solving skills. You don't shy away from client-facing meetings and can work independently with ease. You have the ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. 

• Updates to existing content, component updates/enhancements, and supporting SEO technical work identified by our SEO team.
• Net new creation - new core components, standing up landing pages (copy, images, and links) leveraging existing content blocks or components.
• Stack maintenance - Acquia maintenance/updates, Drupal updates, plug-in review+updates, including QA and testing.
• Monitoring & Site health - day-to-day support of site, alignment with client IT personnel.
• Communicate directly with the client AND be very comfortable being client-facing over Zoom.
• Understand the client's underlying technical needs and propose solid technical solutions. Project manage development tasks in Asana, including estimating and outlining of dependencies.
• Support short-term ad hoc projects and tasks.

• 2+ years of Drupal experience (required)
• 2+ years of Vue.js (preferred)
• 5+ years developing PHP/MySQL/Javascript-based websites (required)
• 5+ years developing large WordPress websites (required)
• Expert-level knowledge debugging web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
• Expert-level knowledge of Bootstrap 4, WordPress theme development, and plugin architecture/building
• Strong knowledge of implementation of Advanced Custom Fields, specifically with Flexible content
• Experience with other PHP and MySQL-based platforms is a plus
• Developing build pipelines for modern websites using tools like Grunt/Gulp, Continuous Integration, and Github
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS and LESS
• Deep understanding of best practices and utilization of REST APIs
• Familiarity with building Marketo and Hubspot landing pages in both WordPress and the Marketo and Hubspot CMS a plus
• Familiarity with managed hosting platforms like WP Engine and Pantheon, and self-managed hosting options like AWS and Google Cloud

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45 to $50 per hour Salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, alignment with market data, as well as internal and external equity.
