In Command Control Communications Computers Intelligence Surveillance and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems you'll help develop systems that sense control exploit and
disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
In this role you will:

• Create and review schematic and footprint symbols representing electronic components to be used on a printed circuit board
• Ensure new and updated symbols conform to company guidelines
• Maintain ECAD library for updated guidelines and resolve issues in response to feedback received from engineering & designers
• Update company guidelines with new rules established by library team designers operations and other disciplines

Required Education Experience & Skills

• Experience working in an engineering and/or technical environment with an interdisciplinary team (electrical mechanical operations) to arrive at an agreed solution
• Ability to develop and maintain ECAD libraries
• Detail oriented with ability to identify inconsistencies of significance
• Skilled in research both online and within internal tools
• Demonstrably strong communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing design and program needs guidelines and process
• Self-motivated able to work independently and committed to self-improvement
• Passion for quality

Preferred Education Experience & Skills

• 4+ years experience developing and maintaining ECAD libraries
• Engineering Degree or Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Proficiency with Cadence SPB software package version 17.4 or newer including PCB Editor Design Entry HDL and System Capture
• Knowledgeable in IPC-7351
• Knowledgeable in IPC-2221
• Experience with version control tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the release and update of designs and data

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70828 - $120408
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations local market conditions and internal equity as well as candidate qualifications such as skills education and experience.
