Job Title: eCommerce GTM Associate Manager
Reports to: GTM Manager

The Role

The GTM Assoc. Manager is responsible for the brand’s digital presentation to the consumer, delivered via execution of the seasonal Go-To-Market plans. These content plans support products based on sales projections or marketplace priorities and brand storytelling. With support of the GTM Manager, the GTM Assoc. Manager will carry out pre-season plans and make adjustments in-season, as needed. The GTM Assoc. Manager manages assets for all products and commercial content. He/She/They will be a key owner of regional alignment, by compiling regional DTC go to market plans to ensure consistency across all channels for HOKA.com US and HOKA.com CA. He/She/They will be responsible for delivering feedback on content performance in order to iterate for future content strategy planning.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the creation of pre-season GTM calendars for HOKA.com US and HOKA.com CA
  • Brief in content needed to accomplish GTM plans on the homepage and other touchpoints of the site to portray a cohesive campaign launch and consistent customer-facing experience
  • Read and react to business trends and make necessary adjustments in-season. Proactively identify and brief in evergreen content for this reason
  • Ensure in-season execution of content matches what was briefed, including copy, linking strategy, ADA-compliance, and more
  • Create and UAT miscellaneous JIRA tickets for the development of site content
  • Assist in building segmented strategies to support personalization and A/B testing efforts
  • Analyze qualitative customer behavior data and extract insights to inform future content strategy. Present findings during 30-60-90 and Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Share 2D images with 3rd party vendor for 3D scanning. Ensure all styles on HOKA.com have 3D Virtual Try On and Augmented Reality feature
  • Conduct competitor research to improve brand messaging and customer experience
  • Manage relevant 3rd party vendor relationships
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working across a large matrix organization with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 3-4 years experience in related field
  • Experience with project management/resource allocation, client relations, managing cross-functional teams required
  • Footwear/Retail experience preferred
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Asana, Dynamic Yield, Salsify, JIRA, FullStory, EDITED, and/or Google Analytics preferred

$75,000 - $83,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
